Alright, here we go. I'm a Service Advisor at Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. Raised right here in St. Charles, Missouri. When I'm not helping folks make sure their vehicles leave the shop better than they arrived, I’m probably hanging with my crew. My wife Courtney and six kids. Life is always busy, but good. Outside of work and family, I'm a record collector, love a good road trip, and I’m passionate about helping my customers out, always willing to lend a hand. I enjoy a good conversation about pretty much anything – sports, music, travel, and food are all fair game. Big Blues fan.

The idea that you charged me for an oil change when I have it in writing that I have 2 years of free oil, lube and filters is crazy. Adam said my contract allowed for only 4 oil changes??? I am pondering suing you for fraud.

I understand he was new but, I did not feel welcomed at all. My car was not ready for 15 minutes after I paid the cashier. Plus, I had an appointment and still waited 3 hours for an oil change. If I pay over a hundred dollars for a simple oil change, I cannot get it under 90 minutes? My last experience with the new tires was awful too. $650.00 for two tires and they ride like snow tires! Not feeling this place anymore.., things have changed.
