My husband and I came in on NYE to view an SUV I looked at online. She had her coat on and was ready to go but decided to come back in to help us. After test driving the SUV we decided to go home to think it over. By the time we came back 3 days later the SUV was sold. She listened to our wants/needs and was able to find us a better vehicle than what we initially came in for.
