He was rushing me to get new auto instead of seeing what my financial situation was. I was there to get payments reduced to lower payments but he cared less about me only to get the commission. The twenty dollar amount wasn't near enough he should have insisted I go with 2025 auto instead of new one. To me I contacted a little prejudice against an elder Black woman had I been White the payments would have been much more. Anyway if insurance goes up I would have to bring car back for a cheaper auto. Never had an issue with company until now that's why I stayed with company for 13 years really like Hyundai.
