With HEATHER specifically = 10/10. Dealership…I’d rate differently. After wandering the dealership lot for nearly 20 minutes on day of purchase, Heather approached with a friendly smile and apologies for the wait. She was a pleasure to work with through the entire experience!!

Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid that I purchased as a gift for my girlfriend Joan’s 50th birthday. Heather explained everything about the vehicle to us and patiently answered all of our questions and we had many questions. Heather is very professional and we never felt any pressure, which is so often the case when buying a new car.
