I'm a Service Advisor at Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. I graduated from UCF with my Bachelors in Psychology. I enjoy working with people and helping them understand their car needs. I'm detail-oriented and enjoy the fast paced environment of the car business. When I'm not at work, I'm into coin collecting. It's a hobby I've always loved and enjoyed with my grandfather. Tianna was very dismissive, lacks active listening skills and accountability. I made an appointment online for 6/19 for the recommended routine maintenance for vehicle and mileage. On 6/18, I dropped my vehicle off and was greeted by Tianna. She asked me what I needed and I explained the appointment I booked and also needed the front parking light replaced. She said it would all be taken care of and that she would give me a call on 6/19 with the cost breakdown. I returned on 6/19 and discovered I only received an oil change. The cashier directed me back to the service center where I was met by Tianna again. I let her know I was confused as to why I only received an oil change. She responded with "Well what all were you needing?" She then goes on and says well I texted you and you viewed the video. I did not receive a text message, but did receive an email with the subject line "Video Only Inspection Link". I then reminded Tianna that she told me the day before that she would call me. She said she got busy then doubled down on that I viewed the video and said that I needed to approve that via the text. Again I did not receive a text and the email provided no options to approve or reject any services. After asking what I needed again (which at this point was at 5 pm, more than 24 hours after I dropped off my vehicle), Tianna let me know I could get the light replaced. She would send me a text message to approve the work. Guess who didn't receive a text message even after confirming their phone number? She then sends me an email, and I approved the work and waited another 30 minutes. No sorry, no nothing, and the other recommended work I needed went undone.

Never met her unless she was the person who said it would be about 3 hours to get the service done. I received no feedback when I picked up my car nor did I have any information about anything else that I might be needed service soon on.
